Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These terms govern use of the Falcon Integrated Solutions client portal at app.falconintegratedsolutions.com (the "Portal"). Professional services — flights, deliverables, pricing, and schedules — are governed by the service agreement between Falcon Integrated Solutions ("FIS") and your organization; if these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Accounts

Portal accounts are created by invitation for authorized users of an FIS client organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Client data and deliverables

Aerial imagery, analytics, and reports delivered through the Portal are provided for your organization's use under its service agreement with FIS. Ownership and usage rights of deliverables are as set out in that agreement. FIS retains its methods, software, and processing pipeline.

Analytics are decision support

Portal analytics — including crop-health indices and other remote-sensing layers — are decision-support tools derived from aerial imagery. They are not a warranty of field conditions and are not a substitute for professional inspection, agronomic advice, or engineering judgment. Verify findings in the field before taking material action.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or modify Portal features with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIS's aggregate liability arising from Portal use is limited to the amounts paid by your organization for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it. FIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Access may be suspended or ended by your organization's administrators or by FIS for breach of these terms or the end of the underlying engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
