Falcon Integrated Solutions ("FIS", "we", "us") provides drone mapping and aerial analytics services and a client portal at app.falconintegratedsolutions.com (together, the "Services"). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address, provided by you or your organization when your portal account is created. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google; we do not receive your password or any other Google account data.
• Operational data. Aerial imagery, sensor data, and derived analytics for the properties our clients engage us to survey. This data belongs to the client engagement it was collected under and is visible only to that client's authorized users and FIS staff.
• Usage and log data. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and portal activity records (sign-ins, notes, and edits) used for security, support, and audit.
• Contact form submissions. The name, email, and message you choose to send us.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Services;
• To deliver survey results and analytics to the client that engaged us;
• To respond to inquiries and provide support;
• To maintain audit records of account and data changes.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use client imagery or analytics for advertising.
• We do not share one client's data with another client.

Cookies

The portal uses cookies solely for authentication and secure delivery of your organization's media. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the portal.

Storage and security

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Access is restricted by per-organization authorization, transport is encrypted (TLS), and account access requires authentication through Amazon Cognito or Google sign-in.

Retention

Account records are retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit purposes. Aerial imagery and analytics are retained per the terms of the client engagement they were collected under. You may request deletion of your personal account information by contacting us.

Your choices

You can access and update your profile information in the portal, and you can contact us at any time to request a copy or deletion of your personal information, subject to obligations we may have to the client organization that sponsors your account.

Children

The Services are for business use and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to portal account holders.
